Google Wallet serviceThe giant Google has recently announced the launch of Google Wallet service in the United States. Taking advantage of the NFC World Congress show, the Mountain View company has formalized this solution, which was launched in partnership with MasterCard, Citigroup, Sprint Nextel and Ingenico. For those who do not already know, the Google Wallet purports to be a mobile payment service as an Android application, working with NFC (Near Field Communication).

Having recently announced the service, Google proceeds to the concrete phase of its strategy for NFC technology by announcing the launch of Google Wallet service in the United States. Use of this service is relatively simple: after downloading the Google Wallet mobile application on the Android Market and installed on their smartphone, users can pay for purchases directly by approaching it from a special housing owned by some traders. Note that the NFC can also be used to store various information about the user, especially if it has a loyalty card or discount vouchers.
